You're building a plan for a woman you're not sure exists yet.

New goals, new routines, a fresh version of yourself you're already trying to become — and somewhere in the rush to get there, you skipped a step. You never actually stopped to ask who you are right now, today, in the middle of everything you're currently carrying.

Most of us skip that question entirely. We rush into new goals believing more action is the answer. But the real key to moving forward isn't thinking harder. It's listening.

When you're disoriented or tired, it's easy to jump straight into intention without understanding where you're actually standing. When you're lost, the first step isn't to sprint toward your destination. It's to stop and get your bearings. Moving faster in the wrong direction just gets you further from where you want to go.

When you rush into goals without understanding who you are in this season, the results feel forced and hard to sustain. But when you pause to check in with your current reality — not the reality you wish you were in — you set the stage for real alignment.

Orientation before movement. That's the practice.

The wisdom, the discernment, the faith you carry — it's still there. It might feel quieter. But it's waiting for you to get still enough to hear it.

You don't need all the answers today. Once you know where you're standing, the path forward becomes clearer on its own.
